Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hans Diagnostic Centre strives to provide reliable and timely diagnostic services to all patients.

Appointment Cancellation

Patients may request cancellation of appointments before the scheduled sample collection or test initiation.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be accepted if the booked test has not been initiated or processed by the laboratory.

Once:

  • sample collection has been completed, or
  • test processing has started,

refunds will not be applicable.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the management of Hans Diagnostic Centre.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

  • Completed sample collection
  • Tests already processed or reported
  • Incorrect information provided by the patient
  • Failure to visit the centre at the scheduled time without prior notice

Technical Issues

In case of duplicate payments or payment gateway errors, users are advised to contact the centre immediately for assistance.
